The Junior Managers Program is our global concept to prepare executive talent for the future. A hands-on approach is used to coach and train qualified young talent to take on a leadership role within our company.


The Junior Managers Program at a glance:

• Can be commenced at any time
• Unlimited employment contract
• Individual choice of program components
• Functional focus according to personal interests/abilities
• Total duration: 18 to 24 months
• Four to six assignments in diverse functions, divisions and locations – including one in a different country, as an integral part of the Junior Managers Program
