Job Description:
- You will be a member of our Mobile Development team (Producer, Art Director, Game Designer, 3D Artists, Concept Artists, After Effect Artist, Animators, Programmers) for a very important project to develop a cool games with platform iOS and Unity 3D game engine
- You will be working with the team to discuss your creative ideas, solutions or anything that you would like to implement for the project
- You provide Technical solutions, monitor development team efforts to ensure high quality standards
- You propose the new concepts for new products or developing projects
- You will work with Developers and other team-members to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions

Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing mobile games or apps with high-level functions
- Strong skill with C# or Java
- Experienced in Unity 3D game engine, computer graphics, open GLES, image
- Good understanding of OOP programming and design patterns
- Strong background knowledge in Algorithm and Data structure
- Positive and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Experienced with game programming for mobile platform (iOS/android/window phone)
- Ability to work in a multiple team and to work independently
- Good analytical thinking
- Problem solving skills
- High responsibility

Glass Egg is looking for Online Community Intern

Job description:
Community:
· Update information and experiences from community each day.
· Response users on various social media channels with accurate, quick and flexible answers.
· Plan and execute event on all channels to increase online interaction and loyalty of customers.
· Engage and build relationships with active members, VIP customers
· Participate in organizing offline events if needed.

Content creation:
· Write, edit and proofread articles, posts, newsletters and material for product's websites and social media channels. (Requires working with content management software, newcomers will be trained).
· Encourage and utilize user-generated content to enrich database.
· Coordinate with head of department from content planning to execution.
· Work with a cross-functional team, maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties.
· Track and report on all site metrics: using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.

Public relations:
· Analyze competitor’s presence and public reaction, trends.
· Write PR articles and keep contact with journalists, news editors.
· Keep track of seeding campaign, viral activities.

Requirement
· University degree or undergraduate in any majors.
· Good knowledge in gaming. Used to play various video games or online game is required.
· Exceptional reading and writing skills (clear, fast, short and accurate)
· Strong attention to detail is a must.
· Love working in gaming environment.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Knowledge or experiences in website, forum, social media management and Google Analytics is desirable.
· Willing to learn, enjoy start-up environment; ready to grow with the company.
· Able to work multi-tasks in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- You will be planning, coordinating and supervising the project
- You will generally manage and arrange to get project done on time.
- You will be responsible for internal communication between Artists, Art Director and Technical Managers: organizing meetings, discussion, feedback and all other communication
- You will handle daily communicate with the clients through emails, phone calls
- You will communicate to management team in order to update the project status, to address any misunderstanding and get help if needed
- You will be planning development procedures, establishing schedule milestones, supervising Artists
- You will assign and schedule work to everyone in the team.
- You will be responsible for submitting work to clients once it is done
- You have to be assure to get all project information and requirements to the whole team.
- You will translate all information, feedback from clients to Artists
- You encourage and motivate the team

Requirement:
- At least 3 years’ experience in Producer or Project Manager position
